Help !!! Does anyone remember this 1990s pc adventure game - it started with a little alien guy who had a purple head(his head and arms didn't seem joined to his body !). He was on a board going down a snow slope. Somewhere in the game there was a red telephone box which he used to teleport to other places i think ! Bit vague sorry but can anyone help please ?

The SHMUP that got me into SHMUPs. It took place in space, and I remember you were a red spaceship. The bomb items kind of looked like smart bombs from Star Fox when you picked them up, and when you destroyed enemies it left smoldering fiery ambers like in DoDonPachi. I was told it ended in the letter 'X' yesterday by a friend who remembered it also. It would be great if anyone could help me out with this one. I played it about 10 years ago.
You sure the name ends in an X? That sounds an awful lot like Raiden. http://www.toy-tma.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/04/Raiden-II-Screens.png

the screenshot is from Raiden II, which only partially takes place is space.

There was this game for the PS2(I think) where you were like a public enemy and loads of soldiers from the kingdom/area's army where constantly fighting you. It was a button masher I think. You could also ride a dragon and rain hell from above. Oh yeah, there was a boss/character battle where you were sword fighting a man in a small mansion room and the fight ended with either you or him being poisoned. It might have been called Dragon something or other.

Also, a game I used to play on my Dad's ooooolld laptop. It was a side scroller and you played as rabbit(maybe?). I can barely remember it.

I remember playing one game for quite a while as a kid, it was rather entertaining.
It was a Sega title and the main protagonist was a comic writer. Then his villain somehow escapes his comics and kidnaps his girlfriend into the comic world, the protagonist follows. It was a 2D fighting game but with a few nice twists; for instance you would see the comic panels and jump from one to another.

I still remember the boss fight. The girl was trapped in a container rapidly filling with green goo and there was a rocket and you had to start the rocket's engine so that it would burn the villain and you had to do it before the girl drowned in the goo.
There was an ending for the case of girl's death, too.
It's Comix Zone.

Ok it was for the sega genesis but the graphics were like 20 years ahead of that era. the character was some sort of Green Samus lookin thing, and on that note it played a lot like super metroid. You had some blaster thing, obvious missles, a grappling hook, and the enemies looked like inanimate objects.
If anyone can tell me the name of this i will love you forever!
I don't know if somebody got that but that sounds a lot like Vectorman.

I vaguely remember a game about some kind of magical space circus on the N64, where you went though all these weird worlds, like a sci-fi B movie one, and one on a giant cube that rotated.

Also some game where you where a robot who shot paint also on the N64.

Can't remember there names now though :(.
I don't know what game that is, all I know is that someone should make a game called 'Magical Space Circus'

Beautiful

Jazz Jackrabbit? There was a sequel that looks a bit different.

The name of the game IS Raiden X. It's one of the few games on my website. I believe it was modeled after the PS1 game "RayStorm," but I'm not entirely sure.

A few years ago, with the original playstation came a demo CD with a few games on it... One of them looked really simple and was basically a man who had to roll blocks around to make them disappear... The blocks would keep rolling in his direction and eventually if space ran out he'd fall off the edge at the end...

Does that ring any bells? What's the name?
Kurushi! Yeah, never really got the hang of that 'un. Apparently it was called Intelligent Qube in America.

That's the one! Thanks!
Do you know which demo it came from?
I believe it had Parappa the Rapper, a Formula 1 racing game, Syphon Filter and Die Hard on it as well, among others.

Thank god I found this forum. Okay, anyway. I've been searching for this game for so long and had absolutely no luck.
Here's what I remember:
It was on Playstation 1. It wasn't in English, may have been Japanese ?
It was both 1 player and 2 player and had a story mode. It was almost a tetris sort of game except you had blocks with ropes in them and you had to line them all up and then drop fire ? or lanterns ? to burn the rope. You also had bombs.
I remember there being a bomb-headed character and a captain in white.

Please help! I've spent years searching.

A alien insect type army with massive worm type things and a traditional gray aliens with odd shaped heads and ufos. The game was really entertaining as a kid thanks in advance
Sounds a little bit like Starcraft? Maybe.

This forum is THE SHIT :p anyway. i played this game, it was a strategy game with insects.
It was crappy graphics from above, and i think there were 3 races: spiders, ants and beetles.
It was very old so no fancy stuff, just build your army of ants or beetles or whatever and you had to destroy the enemy's hive or burrow. I remember this game but i dont know the name of it been searching but its drivin me crazy!!!

Plz somebody's gotta know this gameee!!

(everyone that gave somebody a correct game remember-name is THE SHIZNAYEEET!)

Given how old the Raiden games are, I'm pretty sure that if anything "RayStorm" was modeled after Raiden. And I hesitated to mention Raiden X since it is not official. Its a fan made flash game based on the old Raiden games.

I remember this demo or something for a game on PC.

You ran across the bottom and had to throw some kind of ball up at things. I think I remember something about your mother coming onto the stage and you had to avoid her I'm really not sure.

I think it began with P sorry for the vague description.

I played a game when child but cant remember much about it.

It was for PC, win98 and played on MS-DOS i think.

You were a red guy (possibly a robot) and were in like a spaceship or something like that. You had to kill and had money too. You could use grenades and rifles i think. Sorry for the vague description, all i can remember :S

I can remember a lot about the game but not actually the title. I've been looking for it for quite a bit now and would appreciate any help.

The basic idea was that you were stranded on this planet because your spaceship or something crashed there. First-person perspective, fairly primitive graphics but not ASCII-level, think it ran on DOS. Some version of it had FMV graphics, the others didn't. It was a really complex game that featured sortof-accurate medical procedures that you had to do in order to keep your character alive if he got wounded in a certain way, and you could get blinded in one eye.

The objective of the game was to kill or otherwise get... I believe they were keys or keycards off of the other people, all on the same spaceship that you were, and use them to escape the planet on I believe a rocket. And the planet exploded, at the end.

Thanks in advance, if it is found.
I'm not sure, but it sounds somewhat similar to Robinson's Requiem [http://www.gog.com/en/gamecard/robinsons_requiem_collection]
