Star Fox Adventures: Beautiful, colorful, and a rather creative world that has a story that's pretty unique and clever at times. It was a pretty out-there experiment for the Star Fox series, and will definitely never be forgotten.

(I still hate that game with every fiber of my being.)

Since the OP stole the best one I can think of, I'll go with Modern Warfare 2 - it's got an impressive amount of customization.

Modern warfare 2 had a really good soundtrack. It rally eased the rage of no servers, nukes and the singleplayer campaign that made no sense at all.
