Skies of Arcadia (Dreamcast or Gamecube rerelease Skies of Arcadia Legends, either one). Such a good game that was just tragically overlooked.

AVP 2 for PC. They shut down the master server, so there's no more mulitplayer. It saddens me. I loved that game. All well, still people on the new AVP.

It's like I always tell my little brother, just because a game is old, doesn't mean it's bad.

Dai Senryaku 7: Modern Military Tactics
Rollercoaster Tycoon (The first one)
Close Combat: A Bridge Too Far
Civil War Generals 2
Rainbow Six: Vegas
Rome: Total War
Knights of the Old Republic
Wing Commander

Just a few older games I have played recently. I have a bunch more, but they're in storage.

Metal Arms: Glitch in the System. A hard-as-penis TPS featuring robots that you can gleefully dismantle piece by piece. Holds up quite well, even in graphics.
Holy crap, I remember that game! I had it ages ago, but couldn't remember the title of it when I wanted to get it back, but now I know it. Thanks.

A.I.M Artificial Intelligence Machine and A.I.M 2 Clan wars, never heard anyone talk about then. Never could convince anyone to play it.

Bioshock 2, picked it up at gamestop for 9 bucks one account of I was bored, I don't get why it got bashed so much...but then again I never played the first so I shouldn't talk.
The first game basically implied that Rapture was collapsing/sinking so it seems like a stretch that it's still around for a sequel set 10 years later (I think it's 10 years).

Also the first game set the story bar pretty high. But then again I haven't played the second one too much so I can't really say how well it does there.
Story wise, while it was decent, it didn't really have the appeal of the first. I'm also pretty sure it was just sections of the first game that were sinking. You submerge at least two in the second game as well.

OP:

Red Faction Guerilla. I can never find a game for it anymore.

The Introversion Bundle sold the fewest of the Humble Bundles by a significant margin, much to my utter chagrin. And even of those that bought, I hear them talking about Darwinia and DEFCON.

WHERE'S THE LOVE FOR UPLINK?!

Uplink holds my two awards for "Most Intense Game" and "Most Immersive Game", how is it that no one seems to play it?!
I literally bought that pack just for the non-steam version of Uplink in it so I could run mods. That, and the fact it came with the prototype city generator.

Whether it's an obscure title, or just a really old one, or perhaps one nobody else liked, what are some games you're playing right now, games you play frequently, or games you're planning on playing soon, that you're convinced nobody else is playing? (Alternatively, if somebody else posted a game you also play, feel free to point that out to make them feel better.)

Just now I was playing Bloody Roar 2 for the PS1. Just a few games on my backlog include Vexx for the Gamecube, the original .hack// series on the PS2, Record of Agarest War for the 360, Mega Man: Network Transmission for the Gamecube, Lost Magic for the DS, Red Ninja on the PS2, Blue Stinger on the Dreamcast, and Steambot Chronicles on the PS2.

Among all the games I play with friends, there's the occasional obscure title I have to put them through, such as Evil Zone on the PS1, Goldeneye: Rogue Agent on the Gamecube, Arcana Heart on the PS2, Samurai Shodown 6 on the Wii, and Gundam: Federation vs. Zeon on the PS2.
Dota 2.
seriously, no one is playing that game, my friends have it but they're all playing gmod.

EDF: Insect Armageddon, wickedly insane fun bug/bot/monster shooter, but so far as I know, my brother and I are the only two to have bought it
Me and my friend have also noticed that there aren't a whole lot of people play EDF:IA anymore. Tis a shame, because that game is actually pretty fun.

I actually bought Black for the original Xbox today, and it's proving to be a fun trip down memory lane. I'm enjoying myself a bit more than I thought I would.

Other than that, I guess maybe Dynasty Warriors 7, but I don't really know how many people play the game online so I'm not to sure on that one.

Here is a fun experiment; Play The Darkness, and then play Fable 2, and then compare how each sets up your love interest, potential love interest in the case of Fable.

I guarantee you, you will find The Darkness much more engaging in this respect, because of the old adage "show, don't tell." Darkness shows, while Fable tells, and in this respect The Darkness is arguably the better of the two because of this. I won't say why exactly for the benefit of those who've not yet played either one. ;)

SimAnt. One of the games that marked my childhood; but apparently obscure enough that it turns up on "Can you believe this existed" lists in magazines and on websites.
No way! I thought that game was fake and I was just hallucinating it every time I played. I mean, how could you explain a sim ANT game?
Looks like it was real after all. Man, I played that game a lot, but I was such fail at it.

Anything related to Final Fantasy for a while. I also believe that not many people are gonna play Versus XIII, even though it might by better than XIII and XIII-2.
