I'd like to re-iterate just how much bummed out I am about never getting to see Wolvertine or GOW: Laufey on PC.
I mean I guess it makes sense for Sony to pull back on the further PC Ports, if it really was not really worth the effort. I just wish it happened AFTER these two were ported.
Hmm, I am debating whether I should save up for the next PC upgrade parts, or get the base PS5 w/ disc reader. Already played plenty of great PS games, so the actual number of games that I will play on will be limited; Demon's Souls Remake is the only one I can think of right now.

Because you’re a Sony fanboy? lol but when they wound up giving nearly all their currently active IPs that treatment it got to be a little much. Their portfolio used to be far more varied, but then Shu got forced out and they started getting all MTX/live service-y shunning nearly everything else they used to hold dear.

The hilarious thing is, these morons would've screamed just as hard had Faye have been designed to be more appealing to the eye.
IDK, something along the lines of "WTF, why does she look so different from Rangarok?", "She now looks like she can't fight shit", or "I miss the badass design"
I for one think Faye looks fine. In fact, kinda glad that she looks the same as she did in Ragnarok

I've actually seen complaints that they made Faye TOO waify and not muscley enough. To quote:

Honestly, I am getting Heavenly Sword vibes from this game ironically enough, and I mean it in a good way. Also, that's Karen Page from Daredevil and Punisher. And she's teamed up with a guy named Frank. It is hilarious.
That SIXAXIS bridge sniper section still lives somewhere in my brain twenty years later.
I like Kratos as much as the next guy but I'm happy that we're getting a different lens to see the world through with Faye.
If it doesn't have a Tony Hawk grind button to ensure that I do or don't land on rails when I do or don't want to, I'm not buying it. That's why I stopped playing the original.
Considering Bomb Rush Cyberfunk has a grind button, it would be stupid of Sega not to do so.
It's a vertical slice, which isn't new for God of War, but because the new games put so much more emphasis on character this showing seem to run the gamut of what Faye's character is going to consist of. I mean, there was no need for her to get that pissed at the red guy who punched her, threatening to kill him if he touched her again. She just met the guy and doesn't even know who he is or what his deal really is. But for the sake of some quick beef for the climactic fight in this showing they had to have her be all 'I'm gonna get youuu'. There was also no reason for that kid to drop that ominous line about the sword and then dip, but Santa Monica wants the audience to wonder and make youtube videos about the possibilities, so there it is.
A trailer might've been a better way to show the characters and combat that they wanted to show, but because it's a big deal they made it this sort of E3 onstage demo that ends up feeling a bit cluddered. With what I've seen I feel like I'm in good hands, and Santa Monica has a good batting average. I just hope they learned their lesson from Ragnarok and not overstuff the game with content, useless armour upgrades, and for god's sake no more kayaking please.
Also, I just realized September is going to have Wolverine, Control: Resonant, and Onimusha: Way of the Sword...
I just saw a clip of Dave Jaffe being a dried up c*nt again about God of War - Dude really has nothing going on in his life anymore, huh? And that's coming from someone who has nothing going on in his life.
