Let's be honest:

He's 65,

Now-a-days, that's not terribly old. True, I've known people younger who have died to to natural causes.

But, I bet if he even gets a sniffle he could call HBO and the doctor who is the sniffle expert of the world would stop by his house and make sure that sniffle is taken care of.

Out of nothing but greed, I bet HBO is going to make sure he doesn't die so the show can keep going.

My guess as to how it all ends:
John Snow is actually a Targaryen, Daenerys finally comes across the sea, her dragons wipe out the others, the wartorn and tired Westeros unite under her and John's marriage.
John snow is dead

They'll die
That was never confirmed, the last scene in A Dance With Dragons is ambiguous, Martin pretty much confirmed it.

So yes, you are right, you know nothing.
