Favorite robots for me are Wall-E, Glados, and Bender.

For my favorite, I'm going to have to go with the home of the Meatbag, HK-47. Never have I gotten so many laughs from such a dry sense of humor.

I love Marvin, HK-47 and HAL, but quotability means a lot to me - so Bender takes the cake.

I think androids are humanoid robots, possibly emulating humans.
