(WARNING) The quest "Blood on The Ice" will start automaticly in Windhelm after so many visits. If you are just running in and out of town it can trigger and you can miss it. If you missed it, it will never start for you and (currently) the console fix is not very effective. If you missed it and are determined to get it one way or another, the best solution for an immediate fix is to start over and go to the graveyard everytime that you go to windhelm on the new character. If you succeed there, there's still one more bug to watch out for. When you go to decorate the house, do not buy anything until scrolling to the bottom and buying the clean the murder scene option. If you buy anything, the option to clean the murder scene will disappear and you will have the mess in your house forever.

This is the only one I have. My PC is quite powerful, so load times and such aren't an issue and I've always been lucky when it comes to Bethesda's games to not get a bug heavy version, so crashes and other things are rare, but I find this happens whenever I go to shout and get interrupted before it fires. I can use the shout again after about 10 seconds, but it is a little annoying.MiracleOfSound said:

This is my first play through....but even after i killed ulfric....the NPCs still refer to the war....some noted to say that ulfirc will win blah blah....
Except for some guardsmen banter nothing you do in game seem to have much of a difference....
another thing...me being a conjuration/destruction mage...every NPC i meet asks me to "douse my magic".....even though i do not have an magic "armed"....but under my active magic menu (dumb move Bethesda burying it under layer of menus).....seems i have 2 "dead thrall" buff active...even though i have no such thralls....at present...
I don't know about u guys...but dragons are pretty hardcore in my game...a dragon took on a giant....a mammoth and 2 frost tolls....and came back to bite me to dust...
That said i am quite addicted to it....can't wait to finish this game play...and open up a kajith ninja gameplay....XP
