Sadly, I think he's too old to see video games as Art, and he can only view them as overpriced toys ala the NES-era. Maybe if Shigeru Miyamoto invited him to a round or Wii Sports Resort, or Hideo Kojima gave him a copy of MGS4 he'd understand.

Dynasty Warriors Gundam was pretty good...second one really screwed up though.Sevre90210 said:I'd say if someone made a decent Gundam game he'd be happy. /sick of playing bad scroll 'em ups.
That's more the point I was making. I don't want to have to mod a console to play a good Gundam game. I'm sure someone can point out ones that were released in a region I can play in but they're probably hard to find except on the internet where i'll pay $100 for a PS1 disc.Onmi said:Sevre90210 said:I'd say if someone made a decent Gundam game he'd be happy. /sick of playing bad scroll 'em ups.Gihren's Ambition games and SD Gundam G Generation games are both wonderful series. I mean the first is fucking hard (WHY DO YOU HAVE ZAKU'S WHEN I HAVE TANKS?!) but they work.AceDiamond said:Dynasty Warriors Gundam was pretty good...second one really screwed up though.Sevre90210 said:I'd say if someone made a decent Gundam game he'd be happy. /sick of playing bad scroll 'em ups.
Anyway if Bandai-Namco wasn't so mind-numbingly difficult to comprehend I just wish they'd port over "Mobile Ops: One Year War" stateside. It's Battlefield with Gundams, how can this go wrong?
Also Zeonic Front is a decent game, and 0081 is like Crossfire, except not broken.
Operation Troy was a decent game too, however we don't GET good Gundam Games, Japan gets good gundam games, we get the scraps.
