It's a colloquialism based on the creation of mulch and fertilizer from lawn clippings. Essentially what it means is that someone's going to come by and take a lawn mower to your privates.

No. Actually, quite frankly I'm surprised most people even know what it means. usually if i say it, i get blank dead eye stares at me.

Is it really that different from the numerous threads we got here that whine about "how all girls want bad boys" and how stupid they are for that. Not 20 minutes ago I met the king of the fuckfaces at my college, he's a tech guy who spews hate wherever he goes and stares at you if your music is above 0.

I've never met anyone like that in real life actually, just seen them on television or on certain forums. Also, most oftenly I see it in American programs, so it might just be all American guys that are assholes.
