Anonymous are big fucking tossers. In other news, the sky is blue, mosquitoes are annoying, and Minnesota weather is weird.

Glad most of you find tricking young girls into watching hardcore pornography to be funny.

The other stuff is fairly hilarious, but that is just a bit too far.

And I'm glad to see 4chan seems to think youtube is 'the foundation of the internet'... right.
4chan hacking youtube: It's like pissing in an ocean of piss.

Script kiddies are not hackers, but obviously someone needed to find the exploit in the first place.

I'd go with hacker instead of "glorifying" everyone who copy/pasted something into Youtube.
You clearly don't know what a skiddie is. The people involved with this exploit werent skiddies.

Some people who benefited from it by redirecting to java driveby sites (like me :p) are skiddies but not the actual hackers that found the exploit and used it.

That was awesome. On the same day, a youtube chain comment, called "The Metal Militia" all planned to spam Justin Bieber videos. The chain comment was posted on most good music videos. When I showed up, guess what I saw? No video. Haha.

fuck that I'm not a skiddie just because I helped with it! Skiddies just use like programs and stuff to hack for them, we actually took an exploit and used it. Thats a hacker and I consider myself one)
So what's the difference between using a compiled piece of code to use an exploit rather than just a piece of code someone else written?

Nothing, it's still script kiddie style.

I think I speak for all men on the interwebs when I say, damnit I missed all the sweet porn :<
That really was what I thought when I read "shock porn." Weird.

But I give 4Chan a thumbs up, nothing funnier than causing a bit of temporary mayhem.

Justin Bieber videos on Youtube are "the foundations of the internet"? Since when? Why didn't I get that memo?

I doubt that. I have yet to hear of 4Chan do something other than spam websites with disgusting shit and trolling.

This is a recycled raid by Ebuams. Extremely reminiscent of Operation "T.I.T.S.T.O.R.M."

Also, voting Bieber to host his concert in North Korea is also something of note. Mind you, no matter who the culprit, this is tame when it comes to other raids.

Right, instead of quoting me you've just edited your post but anyway. What you just said is exactly what I said. I'll embolden the the bit you missed when you replied to my post.

Obviously there were hackers involved somewhere, just not the masses of people who used the previously written script that got posted on a hell of a lot of forums.

This guys are as effective at "shaking up" things as the people who protested the G20.

And just as idiotic.

A lot, actually. Exploiting a vulnerability is a lot different than leeching someone elses programming and using it to "hack"

if you've ever tried to exploit anything you'd understand.

Well, in a way you're right and (possibly) wrong.

From what I've heard, they crashed an Australian government site by uploading large amounts of gay porno to it.
I've gotta admit, the sheer thought of that made me laugh.

I'm afraid your stay on the Escapist will be short if you insult people like that. It's not 4Chan.

Fuck you, I just wanted to rephrase. I did that before you posted. Obviously skiddies arent hackers you tool. I'm saying whoever found the exploit and exploited the vulnerability is a hacker. And if we agree on that, then there is no discussion.

actually I could do it. Crash a .gov website? Easy. I've also seen them defaced (but couldn't do that) but crashing it is easy.

problem is getting caught, which is why I would never do anything to a .gov (or .edu) website.

That obviously means ebaum's world was behind the attacks.

To clarify, Whenever ebaums or 4chan "raid" something, they always act like they're from the other. If people were claiming 4chan was responsible, it was ebaums, if people are claiming ebaums, it was 4chan.
eitehr way, two pretty useless site are still fucking things up for everyone.
