gatorade works like a charm, if you drink it before you get drunk it works even better. gatorade rain works the best.

If I recall there was a certain kind of juice that if you drank a bottle of before drinking
Would ease the hang over the next day.

A rather interesting and fun cure, is a virgin bloody mary with a crushed painkiller and liberal amounts of tabasco... Works like a charm

Water. Water, water, water, and water. Hangovers are simply dehydration. No oily bullshit, no chilis, no idiotic sounding concotions. Just plain old water.

The best thing you can do is try to drink a bunch before you pass out. It'll take the edge off the hangover in the morning if it doesn't stop it dead in its tracks.

Step one : Drink so much water than you cant drink anymore

Step two : drink more

Step three: throw up

Step four repeat those steps, until your simply throwing up water.
Thats a little hardcore.

Traditionally its easier just to drink a halfpint - pint of water before bed & wake up to same, this basically counters the dehydration effect of the alcohol youve consumed.
thanks, i am pretty hardcore.

Eating and drinking. Protein and Coca~Cola.
I heard Coke was developed as a hangover cure.

To prevent a hangover take 2 paracetamol with a pint of water before sleeping.

ok beside the hair of the dog that bit you, which will ease out the hang over

lots of water and/or gatorade. never tried the gatorade but i've been told it's very good at stopping it.

for best effects both the water and the gatorade should be taken before you go to bed. water should be drank with 1 glass per drink if it's hard alcohol, less if it's beer.

a greasy breakfast can help but sometimes will make things worse

back in the days i found fatty food to help allot, cheese + greasy meat = no more pain

also don't drink to much, ive heard from some friends that drinking like 4 liters of cola helps, personally one glass of water to 9 greasy pieces of food

Indeed, I ended up drinking about as much water as I drank alcohol. I did that precautionary by the way (there was a drinking game and at one moment I came back with 2 glasses of water for each glas of beer or whiskey).

If you think about it, its quite logic, given the fact that a hangover is caused by dehydration.

I usually start with some painkillers. Sometimes I get a headache. Then about 7 glasses of water (or Gatorade). I follow up that with a full pot of tea (preferably herbe matte). If I don't throw up, lie in bed for like an hour, then play Castle Crashers until I feel better.
