All the time in halo reach. People never aim for the head, so I win.

Really all you need to do to be better than anyone alse in halo reach is be good at aiming.

Once, as a sniper in TF2. I was on first place with 400 points. The guy on second place had 80 points. I felt like God, and I liked it.

Many time in Halowars. We have a great strategy and then someone gets attacked early and they freakout and quit. Then I have to rally the last guy to do what I say to win.

In Black Ops I was playing a 2 vs 1 match (I was on the team of 1) and when the match ended it was 20 for me 2 for them, yep, I felt like a god.

Nintendo 64 racers back in the day against my sisters. Absolute carnage in Mario Kart. They stuck at all things gaming so it's not all that fair. I actually suck a racing now.

Not too often, I have done a few times though, I remember Day Of Defeat, German rifleman, dod_Avalanche. Good times.

I've never been THE guy. I've tried and god dammit it's just not worth it.

I'm frequently That Guy on TF2, The Ship, Crash Team Racing and Worms World Party. Not always, but more often than not. Depends on my mood.

I once was That Guy on Battlefried 2142, and it was a gloriously fun time. I got recruited into a clan!

I have been that guy in TF2 occasionally as "The heavy who wouldn't die" and "The guy who spied so much the enemy mostly became pyro's"(well only once). Mostly it depends on the map. On High Rise I tend to be the sniper...

I mean, you are the guy if you have enough ability to gloat by taking a screen shot of your score while head-shotting someone in the background... right?

BF:BC2 I am a shite player xD But I tend to be the guy "who takes care of all those helicopters circling us", otherwise shite :p

Depends on how good my team is and I bet the same goes for the people who speak here as well.

It pisses me of when someone tries to claim they single handedly 'dominated' the enemy, when it is team based play, because they never seem to grasp the fact their team mates did a lot of the work. They ignore the fact their team mates could of wounded the guy down to single digits before you got the point for killing them. These people feel so smug when they pick of a sniper that killed a team mate just blindly charging over open ground, ignoring the fact they never knew the sniper was there till he took that shot. Never will you see them giving thanks to someone who covers their back, ensuring they don't have 'down time' waiting to respawn.

Every time I have done well is because the rest of the team where there to ensure I was not overwhelmed. Think you could remain dominating if you were the only person playing against their whole team... or would you wage quit because it will be such a one sided match where you get your arse handed to you?

So when you find yourself seeming to dominate the enemy, thank your team mates for making it possible. Without them, you are NOTHING!

hmmm... I tack back my statement about BF:BC2 then, as apparently I am a life giving god when I die charging head long through the open to revive a few people before my inevitable death... though getting no kills >.>

Once in Battlefield heroes when it just came out, I was on a killing streak one game, I was WAAAAY high on the killchart. Never happened again. I quit right about when I reached lvl 11 with my favorite character "Luftwaffe Ace". Coolest name ever.

And also when I play Star Wars Battlefront 2 on the ps2(no really) with my little brother. But maybe that's because its my ps2, and he doesn't play it. At all. So maybe that doesn't count.

I also seem to remember a few online games in MoH Allied Assault, which is incidentially also the only singleplayer game whose multiplayer I have ever played. It was fun. Sometimes.

But I don't like online/multiplayer games too much, because you can't just quit them. Because that'll make you feel like abandoning your friends/comrades/enemies.

About half the time when I used to play CoD4 and sometimes when I played MW2. I spent many hours on those two.
Now, it's been happening a lot in TF2 lately. Probably because of the surge of new players. Before then, it would only happen every few days or so.

Yeah, but I honestly find it pretty boring to get all the kills. Plus, I'm under the constant anxiety that I'm gonna somehow get passed. I like a fair bit of a challenge when I play online

I remember one major instance I was "that guy" in Halo 3. It was on Last Resort, my team was getting their asses kicked, but I was able to drag them to victory through acquiring over 50 kills over the course of the game. As the game came to a close, my team was able to just barely pass the other team in terms of kills and win the game. Twas a glorious match...

Yeh but only on occasion. I have an odd round in Bad Company 2 where I just get ridiculous kills throughout the game. Then next round I'm dying every three seconds.
