On a good day, I usually match or go just below my 25 killstreak or at least come in the top 3 every CoD: World At War game (possibly very slightly helped by the fact that because of my connection, I'm the host every game). I'd probably do better if I played more and didn't only use semi- automatics.
I don't count this one, but once I was host and a fair few computers were on around the house running the Internet, making everybody in the game laggy except for me. I don't remember what the killstreak was but it was something absurd.

My record on halo would be a 30 something killstreak on High Ground.
My favorite killstreak was 22 kills using the tac knife on Favela in CoD6. Yes I use commando, no it is not overpowered, you just suck.

25 with a sniper in Atakama Desert on Battlefield: BC2.

Also 87 in CS:S, but that was against medium bots.

15 in Red Orchestra 2 with a bolt action rifle which I was quite pleased with.

29 as a engie on TF2, mainly because this was the day after it went F2P, so most people underestimated ma lil'ole gun ^_^ other than that, 17 as engineer using shotgun and mini sentry on gravel pit :D

Not counting kills from killstreak rewards, 42 kills in Modern Warfare 2. Lucky day to run around through the bushes.

One time, I got 9 kills in Call of Duty 4.

Happiest time of my life.

Calumon: But, why would I want to kill people? : (

Not my highest but my most recent and interesting one was TF2, I had 17 kills in one life as a Medic on PL_Thundermountain.

I was really accurate with the Blutsauger and kept getting random crits with the Ubersaw that day. Also, there was alot free to play players on that server I believe.

Final K/D was 53/13 by the end of the game.

103 in day of defeat source. Custom map on a clan server. They booted me for making them look bad. (i wasn't in their clan)

When you build a map that is basically a giant run uphill, and you have even a half awake sniper at the top of said hill...

Just off the top of my head, I had a 37 kill streak in Modern Warfare 2 with the Intervention.
I'm not sure about any others though.

Double-enforcer in UT at that spawn-point in a corridor. It was like killing a swarm of flies in a cubicle with fly spray. I don't remember the count, but the "monster kill" etc. announcements were going every few seconds. Don't worry, I don't usually spawn-kill, they might have been partly or all bots, but it was a long time ago.

273 on Quake 3, then I left the server because everyone had quit.

:/

Frag limit was 500, one of those "jump in and play forever" matches but apparently no one knew how to strafejump except me, or how to time armor powerups except me, so...was kind of easy...

Hmm, in Halo Reach, I think at least 30 (possibly 34), whoring the Scorpion on Haemorrhage. In Battlefield 3, 28 as the gunner of an attack helicopter; bearing in mind our spree only ended because the round did. In Modern Warfare 2, I think it was somewhere around 30ish after the nuke went off.

42 on Team Fortress 2. Granted, I was on Sniper, and most of the kills were bots who always ran to the same place and stood perfectly still. But I still enjoyed myself :)
