If he were fully sorry for his actions then he would accept the consequences. Now what would happen in this situation is the Hague would try his for war crimes, and he would be imprisoned for life or sentenced to death. What I would do however, would be something along the lines of reconciliation, working in aid agencies and charities for war-torn countries, on pay that equates to his food, clothes and accomodation (all very basic)

Seriously, nothing can make up for the processes he started. I would say there isn't any punishment severe enough to make justice. Though he wasn't all bad, being a racist and going to war made people draw the conclusion: Hitler = evil Hitler = Racist Racists = evil. Just because he improved the economy doesn't make him a hero. He did so by encouraging military industry- the war was always a part of his plans. Additionally, his secret police and anti-Jewish policies existed before he invaded Poland. I'm not saying he didn't have popular support, but he was no hero.

I think the Anti-Hitler would have to actually represent a social democracy, which is suppose to follow after socialism if those in power (after all the organizing and regulating of things) were to abdicate in favor of something more free and open. Still, it's an interesting notion.

Just read The Man in the High Castle by Phillip K Dick. Alt history where Axis won the war and England gets done for loads of war crimes such as the fire bombing raids on German cities

He'd probably be turned over to Israel but personally what I'd do would be to round up all the Nazi party members responsible for the Holocaust, put them in a camp which replicates what they did to the Jews.

Personally I'd say a better question would be, what would you do if Stalin was still alive, he killed more people then Hitler, committed his own genocide against the Ukrainains, established an extreme terror regime in the USSR, and his punishment? He gets to die happily of old age. Ok ok he was paranoid so I guess that was a disease, but he got so fucking much especially in comparison to Hitler. Hitler at least had to go through the shame of killing himself and losing the war he promised to win.

However, it isn't, so it isn't. I'd go with force him to apologise to the families of every person that WWII killed (on both sides), but I fear I'd be ridiculed for being an idealist idiot.

Uh there's nothing wrong with what he did for WWII since it's just a war, after all then we'd have alot of apologizing to do in the West if war was a crime.
