thats pretty crazy, and i think it would get kind of annoying. like what if one side developed a phobia of spiders and spied one out of the corner of it's eye while the other half was trying to do something like play starcraft or build a model ship in a bottle or something? but i guess it could also work to your advantage, being only able to see through one eye so what you might not have spotted with a larger field of view, you could see with the narrowed field of only one eye. which begs a further question, do the eyes operate independently, like can they look in completely opposite directions?dastardly said:Yeah, pretty interesting effects when you sever the corpus callosum. Since language is primarily (but not completely) controlled in the left hemisphere, it can lead to some weird conflicts in a person's actions.Quazimofo said:Snip
I recall reading about an experiment where they had a person with a severed corpus c., and they handed them a knife in their right hand (left brain), and showed a picture of a spoon to their left eye (right brain). They they asked the person to say (left brain) what the object was... and the person would say "Knife."
But the right half of the brain disagreed. Unable to speak, it resorted to shaking the head. To this, the left half of the brain wondered aloud, "Why am I shaking my head?"
I am confident in my abilities. I just do not want to just kill a man in such a dishonorable way.Fetzenfisch said:Might cost you your life, but if you don't like to live, go on fight fair.LegendaryGamer0 said:If possible, a duel.
I will not kill a man like a *****.
It costs nothing to show him respect in his final moments.
