how do you find new anime?

Tvtropes. I always go through examples of tropes I like and if I see one name enough then I check it out. Or I just go through the list of shows on Hulu and Crunchyroll.

Same here with TV Tropes. It is such a useful website for finding shows with specific themes, even if it does waste hours of my time if I'm not careful. Plus, TV Tropes Will Ruin Your Life [http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/TVTropesWillRuinYourLife].

This, and Anime-Planet. I think about the sort of things I want to watch, and I'm prepared to experiment a bit and try something completely random. I can thank my curiousity too, for there are alot of shows I watched after liking the AMVs on youtube.

Alternatively; every time a title card comes up with no relation to the plot: you drink. That way you get to survive to a second episode.

I typically review sereis my self and keep up with anime news networks seasonal preview chart. The question is what type of series do you want to see?? There is more than one genre in anime, you have your shoujo "girl type shows with romance" shonen "your action shows like bleach", drama, slice of life, comedy, horror etc.
