I can walk from here to the ends of the earth, but thanks to a heart condition I can't run much further than 50 meters before I'm doing myself a real hazard of collapsing and ending up in the emergency room. Pushing my heart rate up is extremely hazardous to my health.

Cryin' shame, really, because in my younger days I could run a 5:09 mile. Not world class, but better than most. Until my ticker said "no mas".

I have no idea, I've never hit my limit. I suppose I would hit my limit when I needed to eat again.

I can't run very far on a flat surface before I get stiches or whatever it's called in English.
But when running down from a mountain, no one can beat me, it's even harder to keep up with me when I run beside rivers and on rocks, it goes fast. Very fast.

Run? Don't know. Perhaps 100 meters. 10km for a jog.

I have had terrible legs. I have some chronic shit in them. Even when I was constantly training small amounts of jogging and running my ankles start to hurt after 2 months of training. Had that shit in army too for the long hikes. It's not footwear related. It is just my flappy feet.

I can run for 3 km and be able to sprint at the end. The longest I've ran in one race though was a 5km. I don't think I could run any more than that without reverting to a jog

Hmm.. I don't really know it's not long at all .. If I were in danger or something I'd probably be able to push myself pretty fat though.

My current time for a 2 mile run is just under 12 minutes. About a month ago I rucked 20 miles in a little under 5 hours but I havnt timed myself since then. Most forms of cardio like running is more a mental game than a physical one so anybody can be good at it.

50 miles or more a week. I love running. I ran cross-country in high school, I'm just used to it being a stress-reducer, I guess. I really have no idea how far I could run in one go, though. It would depend on why. "Just because I feel like it" would probably get a different result than "Oh shit there's a pack of rabid wolverines chasing me."
