I'm paying 39kr a month (about 6 dollars) for 100/100 Mbit

But it's about 50 Mbit/s
Where did you get 100/100 for 39kr?
The city-net in the town I live in (the one that city council and schools have). All the student appartments here have access to it.

"First World" internet is not really that great actually, compared to say, my "second world" Internet that is better than 97% of the world. No caps, also comes with phone and costs around 20 lats (29 euros).

Unfortunately, I'm under the Cincinnati Bell monopoly so my speeds are about 9 mbs down and 1 or 2 up. I live at home and don't pay for it but it's like $20 a month. Get what you pay for. At least they aren't tracking my Internet with that 6 strikes copyright thing like Time Warner and Comcast

Rural UK here, I live in one of the few rural areas lucky enough to be in BTs infinity rollout. This pretty much destroys most of the UKs speeds as they are generally terrible.

Oh it costs me like £25 or so a month for the internet (without the phone line and related stuff)

Is there any US provider that even has an actual speed of over like 5Mb/s?

Stockholm, Sweden. Most big ISP have been offering 1gbps for about a year. I'm just waiting for them to expand it to me

Oh this is fun. I'm on BT and they suck dick!

This is from the thread I made a few weeks ago. I think this costs something like 25-30 pounds a month.

It's pretty accurate, so all of you can take solace in the fact your internet isn't THIS BAD!

I hate you all. goodbye
I can't believe it. somebody with a worse connection than mine!

I'm in St. Louis, Missouri, United States.

I was advertised 3 mb/s

What can I say, they deliver.
I don't really care that this isn't very fast, it's more than fast enough for my needs.

9.99 a month, hurray for poverty!

Actually, it's not that slow, I just have a very low cap.

About a year ago I would know your pain. I had satellite internet. Claimed Down/up was 7mbps/2mbps, actual was around .1 at best. Also we had a 7gb monthly download cap. Broke it 3 times. All for 80 bucks a month. Goddamn Wildblue.

Virgin Media, England.

It was 20mbps, it got upgraded free to 40mbps.

Speed test claims to see about 30mbps, but downloads realistically are about 2-3mbps and about 4mbps on Steam.

I have no idea on the price though, it's bundled with phone and TV.

However at Uni, it's diabolical and speedtest.net tells me that the download is about 1.8mbps D= realistically it's usually < 200kbps.

Edit: Also no download limits, I would guess for about £35 maybe.

BT are absolutely awful, we changed to Virgin media because their supposed 6mbps had a realistic download rate of about 30kbps, sometimes it'd even drop as low as 5kbps... D=

I was already planning on moving to Europe anyway. Sweden does seem like a nice country.
