How many PS3's or 360's have you replaced?

I've replaced two PS3s, both under warranty, luckily. The problem with both was that it stopped reading discs of any sort, such as CDs and DVDs, not just game discs. However, if my current one breaks, I won't have a warranty to cover the replacement cost!

Repaired a 360 once then replaced it with a PS3 when it died the second time again.

My first 360 rrod but got it replaced by microsoft, had it for almost 2 years before it die. Ended up trading it in about a year later for a elite and never had any problems with it. Think it's been about 2 years since I got the elite.

My 40GB Ps3 has had no issue other than a faulty USB hub I had plugged in. It is launch generation.

I haven't had to replace my PS3 once, my PS2 on the other hand... cough about 4 times cough disc read error
