I'm 18 in the states. I'm only a social drinker, and only like 2 weekends out of the month, but when we do, we hit the vodka and rum pretty hard.
Lol you're the same age as me but your country says your not old enough to drink. Maybe that's why you guys can't hold your liquor, don't start early enough like us Aussies! Come down here mate we'll get a carton for the night :p

I'm English, and from the north, so when I went out I drank just about everything. I drank if it was awful tasting, and when I had one pint down me, I had to drink until I passed out due to my lack of self control. 3 days ago however, I quit drinking, and I'm quite happy about it.

When you wake up outside a bus station 10 miles away from your own home at half 5 in the morning with a wet patch, no shoes and shirt, vomit in your hair and a banging headache, your mind kind of gives you a hint you're not the type of person that should be drinking.

PS. That was about 1 year ago, and surprisingly didn't end drinking at that point.
Sounds like an Epic night :] giving up drinking eh, we have people like that in Ireland we call em quitters :) ah if you think its whats for the best then its up to you, but you shall never again have to fear waking up in the wrong place covered in permanent marker and smelling vaugely of chinese food and vomit :)
Well I'm still drinking at events, like birthdays and the etc. But I was drinking 5 or 6 days a week, and always to the excess. It should also help me lose weight and help my manic depression a little bit aswell, seen as though drinking was my escape to it but just made it worse.

God, life story here.

I so want a bottle of Glenmorangie to go to bed with.
Ahh see thats bad, fair play to you for giving up the daemon =] *group hug* (i know its just me atm but im hoping others read this and join in)
Cheers!

Although I'll be saying that word a lot less often nowadays, haha!

I'm one of the few people I know who are underage and don't drink. I'll try some of the drinks my dad has, and I found out this summer that I like white wine quite a bit, but generally I don't drink at all.

Funny thing though, I drink water like a fish. I usually go through minimally 2 litres a day, if not 3.

I do when I'm out with my friends, and seeing as that is usually the only time I touch it I tend to go overboard and make a very large idiot of myself. It always makes for good stories/pictures and videos on Facebook the next day though!
