Oh, Marc. Please stop struggling. Your inevitable downward slide into obscurity will be less painful (for the rest of us) if you only accept it.

Also, not all white people are pretentious jackasses with more money than brains, just aching for you to tell us how to finally get "street cred".

[small]$450 for a PAIR OF BOOTS?! I'm sorry, I'm saving up for my lobotomy.[/small]

Cheapest goes for $824? I know that I can assemble a whole set of the 141 for me & my brothers (maybe a few other people.) to wear for less than that.

I'm going to go ahead and say what everyone else it thinking: STAY THE FUCK AWAY FROM VIDEO GAMES, MARC ECKO!

Really, this is just a sad way for him to get royalties (I think that's what it would be called) for advertising other peoples' overpriced shit as well as his own.

Morons. Complete and utter morons.

And did the game ever specify Soap's first name?
Soap is his first name. Soap McTavish

This made me laugh.

Would you even really look like any of those characters? No.

Would you even want to look like any of those characters? No.

I could put on an athletic shirt, boots, cargo pants, and aviators, but unless you give me an AK-47, nobody is going to know who the hell I am. Same with Soap's "outfit". Maybe if I'm laying in the bloody snow with a fucking Sniper Rifle I may look like him. But before you think of Soap McTavish, you'll be thinking, I gotta call 911.

I'm more offended by it being called MewTwo than the actual topic at hand.

Just hard hearing the name of a creature from a game that stole my childhood being used on a game that barely stole a weekend for me.

There are probably far cheaper alternatives to half the stuff they suggested. I mean really, who has 1000 bucks to waste looking like a brazillian gang member?

-or damn near any online store that sells Balaclavas

You can even get some on Amazon, and most range from around 12 to 15 US dollars.

You can get an uniform for much cheaper from a military surplus store. Of course you can also join the army and get a uniform for free, along with matching arsenal and war-torn surroundings.

The amount of FAIL here in indescribable. First, it's about MW2, then they get 2 out of 3 of their settings wrong. Wolverines isn't a brazil level, it's one of the american patriotism wanks. Second, there aren't any TF141 members in Contingency that aren't Price, Ghost, Soap and Roach. Even if there were, that's still a picture from the Ukrainian army in Cliffhanger. Lstly, none of their suggested outfits even remotely resemble anything in the game. They can't even get the damn colours right. Snow camo is WHITE for a reason.

If your going to make overpriced outfits, at least get the character contexts right.

"Detailed for the Brazilian gangsters in the favelas of Wolverines," Except that was the Russian invasion mission. Last time I checked, they weren't wearing football shirts and sunglasses.

"Task Force 141 from the "Contingency" mission". Except thats a bunch of Russian guys again. You can tell because the characters seen there are on the Russian mutiplayer models.

I'm guessing it makes me sound like I play the game too much, but for christ sake. If your going to make a stupidly expensive advert for clothing you just googled of the internet, at least get your details right. I'm just guessing Ecko is just trying to jump on the COD bandwagon.
