Wouldn't it be a good cast for Hugh Laurie to be Gordon Freeman? I know he hasn't done a lot of action flicks but he looks just like him.

No. The only person who can fill Gordon's voice is Morgan Freeman. Screw colour, give him the role if there must be one!

Talk about easy cash for the guy, just walk around expressionless throughout the movie. Essentially, he'd be Keanu Reeves.

But yeah, that'd be pretty good casting.

Nah. I say Brad Pitt does, at least a bit more than Hugh Laurie(who I do agree is awesome).

The one man and the one voice, together as one.

The world would colapse on itself as it would exceed it's own awesome allowance meter.

No, Freeman already exists. He is currently working at the Large Hadron Collider, planning our impending doom.

It could work. But i don't think valve would approve of a Half life movie.

Looking and being are two different things. The Pope looks like the Sith Lord, but that doesn't mean he IS the Sith Lord.

I just don't want Freeman to have a movie. He's a silent Crowbar wielding Scientist, I can very easily tell you that Hollywood can and will fuck that up.

For a second i was like what? Hugh Laurie i really can not see him as gordon. Then i saw this picture then i thought yes proberly the best professional actor to cast as my freeman.

I guess being british and knowing the roles he played before house made me think differently at first

Hmm, I can see why you would think Hugh Laurie would work, at least in looks, I don't think his vioce would suit. I haven't got another actor that could suit the role in mind.
