Hypothetical: If you died, and (Let's Assume Christian) God is waiting for you...

In fantasy scenarios, I've varied between telling God how pissed off I was he made us mortal versus pointing out how rampant ignorance has become overly dominant in modern society and recommending he format and start over. In execution, these two things may well already be related. That's the trouble with second guessing the designer as a player: chances are he's already considered that possibility and chosen the alternative because he has a better grasp on the bigger picture.

One thing I will probably not do is ask for forgiveness. I've always striven to do what I felt was right. Given that this is the case, I've held up my side of the bargain, and if the results were less than desired it's probably an issue on the side of creation which I've no control over.

Granted, I've largely accepted that it's more likely creation will assimilate my being upon death than it is I will live on as an individual in some kind of incorporeal form. I won't be needing to ask God anything when I'm dead: I'll already be an imperceptibly small part of his overall being. Not unlike one is in life, really, but without all the bothersome overhead of being a walking, ego-bearing chemical reaction.

But, before all that, I've a few video games to make...

i'd ask him why contradictions exist in the bible, and why he must test faith (by letting heathens like me exist) then expect people not to use common sense if he provides no actual evidence.
then have a rant about all the small things that have gone wrong in my life

Doesn't really matter. I'm going to hell. I created a cult about kittens. We worship the lord tacocat(Which is a palindrome) and his battle against the evil burritocat. (Kittenism.wikia.com)

apolagise that i doubted him but try to justify by saying you didn't give me much proof. ya i'd be going to hell, unless he forgives, by means of" its cool man, wanna play some contra?" thats how i imagine god if he was real.

that or gordon freeman.

there is a reason for that but i don't think everone wants me to share with the class.

Hahahaha. "Hypothetical: If God were real..." Excellent troll.
Actually, I'm a devout Christian. However, I realize most people here are not.

"Do you have Starcraft here?"

If he answers yes, "This truly is heaven."

If he answers no, "You have brought me not to heaven, but Hell!"

What would you say when you met him?

Would you fall on your knees and beg for forgiveness? Would you try to ignore him? Would you sing a jaunty tune? I've always been curious as to what the skeptics would do if it turned out they were wrong. This topic appeases that curiosity of mine.

I would compliment him on the satirical master-work that is religion. If your a devout believer you believe that all things are created by god, however you hate all other religions to the extent you want to blow up the believers of them.

GOD is infallible except from when he made mistakes creating all the other religions. He must have a sense of humour, he possibly has Bill Hicks sitting at his right hand.

You want information on a "damned show"? Then you're clearly in the wrong place

I think I'd rather burn in hell than live in heaven under a god who supports infanticide, genocide, rape, incest, slavery, and kidnapping.

You really should reword this title to "What would you do if you get up to Heaven and God is waiting."

Hey! Slavery was a lot different back then, and I'm pretty sure the Bible taboos infanticide!

"Get me a chicken sandwich and some waffle fries FOR FREE!"
Just kidding, it'd probably just be me asking why there's suffering.

I'd ask him why he demands people believe in him with f*ck all proof. Talk about arrogance.
Would you use that wording? Heh, I know I wouldn't swear at then call arrogant a divine being.

No clue what I'd do, personally. I'd just sort of try and get on with it, I suppose.

Maybe I wouldn't swear, I'd still call him arrogant and demand an answer though. Especially if he was going to try and send me to Hell for not believing.
