My advice for the OP, get it checked out. I know us guys dont usually bother going to the doctors, but these are you nuts man! Dont mess with that! And if you cant afford it, steal a boat and head to Cuba. Where even that poverty stricken country will take care of a foreign national.

I would think that such a spread, if cancer, would be a death warrant at this stage.

Luckily though, there are THOUSANDS of things that can cause such bumps. Infections, cyst, non-cancerous tumors (My cousin has a third testicle due to this), and so on.

Also, your 20 years old. Thinking cancer at this stage is... weird, unless you have environment conditions to consider (Like me!).

As for those of you complaining about health care... good luck. Obama really screwed the pooch on that one for you (Thank God I get cheap health care for life).

It would probably be a non-issue if American taxes didn't mostly go towards a stupidly large military budget. You could have a good army and universal healthcare.

Now there's something I could agree with. We already spend 10x more on our military than all of Europe combined. If we just spent 3-4x as much we'd still have the best fucking army in the world and universal health care without the need to raise taxes, with some money left over to fix the fucking public schools.

Several actually. A few on my neck and last night I found one on one of my testicles. They are all fairly hard and round and maybe half the size of a grape. When I approach my father with this he either tells me that I don't have cancer or that if it is cancer we can't afford to have work done. We have no medical insurrance and no real money, because he went and lost his job the useless fuck.
I need help guys (and ladies) , does this sound like cancer, and if it is what should/can I do?
