You can't afford health care? This is why America's health system sucks huge, hairy, man grapes.

NHS FTW!
I'm glad that America doesn't have a universal health care system. Our country is full of obese bastards who are eating themselves to death, and I don't want to have to pay a penny of their medical care.

It does quite suck for people who have legitimate health concerns that they themselves didn't bring about though (like cancer). That's why fat people ruin everything, roller coasters, airplanes, health care.
Thats the thing about america, healthcare and gun control ROCK in britain but in america? Not so much. Lets face it your countries a bit too screwed up already with guns to try and remove them ALL, it wouldnt help anyone but in england it does. Healthcare also, obesity is higher in america so you would be paying money to fund people killing themselves. I feel sorry for you guys sometimes when serious issues are missed because of money. Its kidna sickening.

See a doctor dude, fuck you cant afford to survive cancer? Thats messed up. Thats so so messed up. What is this place a third world country?

If they're in so many different places then it's either not cancer or very advanced. I'm going with boils or something like that.

Go to the doctor and if you can't afford it, do a dine and dash or a doctor and dash actually, you can always explain your position to do doctor and beg him to at least examine you, also let your father think along and post this anonymous on something like doctor-yahooanswers, you can always google it too, though the internet usually leaves you more scared and unsatisfied about your case then before.

Definitely doctor. I personally wouldn't (Sorry, I would, because I can't help myself, but I'd advise against) research online, because that just worries you more. Really, you need to have a professional look at that, right five minutes ago.
Wait, so what does happen if someone needs treatment? You guys have SOME support over there, right?

Get yo ass to hospital! If you wait too long with neck lumps they can grow and suffocate you and I speak from experience!

EDIT: I'd also like to add, what kind of macabre health care system lets their patients die of agonizing, crippling diseases just because they can't afford treatment. I am so glad I live in a country where the NHS can give me my chepotherapy for free

The lumps are swollen lymph nodes.(Although I get the feeling that has been established already)
Could be anything from common cold to cancer. I've had neck lumps twice. First time was an ear infection or something and the other time some sort of infection by scratching a mosquito bite on my face.
Either way, you're supposed to be going to the doctor. :p

Any country with a developed economy that doesn't have free health care can not claim to be civilised.

OT: Really go to a doctor, and write to anyone of any importance local politicians/community leaders/affluent business people in the public eye and highlight the dilemma you are in and the economic problems you are facing.

Go to a doctor, NOW. And just in case you missed the caps......NOW.

Seriously, I've been down the cancer route (still on bi-yearly full body checkups) and you really really have to deal with these things quickly.

BAWLS!

OT: Could just be a bug bite. Even if you can't afford a doctor visit, go anyway. Most hospitals have a form you can fill out that either gets you out of paying, or sets you up on a payment plan and greatly reduces the cost of the visit. My friend had to do that a few times when she wasn't making enough money to cover her doctor visits.

You're 20. You almost certainly do not have cancer.

Find a free/cheap clinic and have a basic check-up done: poking and prodding, no fancy MRI business or anything. They'll probably tell you you've got a lymphatic infection, like some other posters have mentioned.

Ask what you need to do to make it go away & stay away. Chances are, "eat healthy, get 8 hours of sleep a night, and exercise regularly" will do the trick.
A friend of mine had marrow cancer in his leg when he was 14. Thankfully it was diagnosed early enough that it was operable, and he lived, but he'll never be able to run again.

Age has nothing to do with the ability to contract cancer.
I'm 15 and I've had Lympth node cancer for the last year. Like AjimboB said, It does get more likely as you get older but its still possible. I've seen two-year-olds with cancer.

Lol, Op is fine. The lump is not on my scrote btw, it's a few centimetes bellow my right testicle, atached to or growing out of the cord that holds it there [I don't know what it's called] I'll seriously go to Canada if you think they'd help me.

I know kids get cancer. I feel for Hookman, and I have no reason to doubt him or anyone else who knows a young person fighting it. But for the last time, the plural of anecdote is not data.

The point is not that young people are immune to cancer. The point is that in young people, it's orders of magnitude less likely than other explanations, and should be diagnosed by a medical professional, not assumed to be the cause right off the bat.

OT: Glad to hear you're still OK, but I still recommend getting yourself looked at. Chances are a 30-minute examination could take a hell of a load off your mind. If you're unlucky, hey at least you caught it right?
