Yeah, she's actually quite normal and talented as you can see on this video which shows her before she became Lady GaGa
She only does that whole Gaga thing for the show because people like stuff like that.

OT: I've never really met anyone world famous. The most famous person I've met is the rapper Stress at a club where he was hanging out but he isn't really internationally famous, he's mostly known in Switzerland.

I never actually recognized and spoke to a celebrity personally, but while I had business in North Hollywood, Mom (who took me there) was looking at the statues of celebrities decorating the place and said she saw Dustin Hoffman (not the statue, but the actual person). She said he gave her a weird look and she realized it was probably because from that angle, it looked like she was kissing a statue.

I did see Jake Gyllenhaal when my sister took me out for birthday brunch, but I didn't recognize him. She did though, and after he left and the waitress cleared their table for us, she tried asking as naturally as possible, "So... was there anyone... famous sitting here before us?" And the waitress replied rather blandly, "Oh yeah, that was Jake."

got an autograph for my big gay brother.
Damn I didn't have a camera.
In case you're on the edge of your seat. Her next video will very likely feature corn fields.
That's easily the most famous person I've ever met.
How about you were they as normal as you thought they be?
Oh my goddesses, that is SO COOL! ^^ I love Lady Gaga! She's one of the best artists (and I don't just mean musical artists) of the current century. ^^

**squees**

That is so cool! ^^

Spoke to Paul McCartney once, at a school pet show (long story...)

So yeah, I spoke to one of the two remaining Beatles for ten minutes about raising tortoises xD

I've had nice little chat with our President Tarja Halonen.
And I don't know if this counts, but the lead signer of Ensiferum is a friend of mine.

My dad apparently met one of the actors from Coronation Street in a park. He had a chat with him about his kids who were playing in the park. As for me, I've never met anyone who would be considered a "celebrity". And don't really want to.

Well I met Brad Pitt the other month whilst working as an extra on World War Z. And before that I met Sean Bean on the set of Game Of Thrones. Both were really polite and friendly :)

Bloody hell, how have so many of you met celebrities? It's not like they just fall out of the sky...
Anyway, i've never met a celebrity and i'm not too sure i'd want to meet a proper one, maybe some sort of web celebrity... if I met Matthew Taranto that'd be rockin ^.^

I had a brief encounter with Tommy Dreamer(wrestler) once, we acknowledged each other and shook hands. That was pretty much it.

I have Ed Byrne's autograph.

Also, Greg Davies wished me a happy birthday during one of his gigs, and I got a photo with him afterwards.

I live in Vancouver, but I've never met REALLY famous people. A bit surprising, considering it's "Hollywood North". My friend has met Joshua Jackson and the cast of Fringe, though.

Daniel Radcliffe, when he was filming part of this horror film in my village. The name escapes me. He's a nice guy. Short, though.
If he's in it i doubt it will be a good movie.

I've never met anyone famous, I live in NZ. My friends met Rhys Darby (quite a big comedian in NZ) while working at a game store.

Met Emma Watson in a bar on the slopes on a skiing holiday by complete accident. We only exchanged a few words but she was still really nice. She mentioned that she goes out there (I think it was Bulgaria) to get away from all the crowds and stuff because people don't really hassle her over there. I'm sure she didn't mean for it to come out as I percieved it, but at any rate I took that as my cue to bid her goodbye and leave with my coolness intact.

I met Jason Lezak (olympic swimmer) at my local gym. He's one of the nicest guy I've ever met.

If you don't know him, this is his greatest moment...
