If you could work for any developer...

If you could work for any developer at any position you want who would it be?
1.Skill doesn't matter who cares if your rubbish at it, doesn't matter as long as your enjoying yourself...right?
2.Give a reason
3.Do not join with a developer just so that you can sabotage it - no arguments here thankyou.

I'm awful with names and cant really remember who makes what so I'm just going to say I want to be a graphics designer for a developer that puts a lot of effort into the graphics - preferably a unrealistic style.

EDIT: I actually managed to forget about making this thread and now I've come back and found 134 replies - I got a lot of reading to do...

1.I have discovered it was bioware who made Mass Effect so being a writer for them would be awesome.
2.Working for Bethesda would be pretty cool - I could tell them to forget about fallout and work on one of my favourite games - Oblivion. I would then proceed to work in graphics or story.
3.I'd like to work for Valve as well so I could do nothing all day! Nah, not really. I would like to work there because of the team fortress/ L4D series.

Either Epic because they have a slide or Valve because... well, they're Valve. I would also love to work at Quantic Dream even though I can't speak French.

Mostly the answer for why on all of those is because I love their games and want to be a part of helping them out in any way possible. I don't care if it means cleaning the bathrooms at CliffyB's house, I will do it.

Bungie have a lead writer position open right now. Of course they want 5 years experience, or two AAA games shipped to consider you, as well as a whole slew of other requirements. On top of that jobs there must be stupid competetive.

Being in development sucks I hear. I'd much prefer to be a head of a marketing team or PR for a company that makes really good games like Blizzard, Bioware, or Bethesda.

Edit: Although, if I had ANY artistic talent I'd love to be doing character designs or concept art for guys like Insomniac.
