Well my question is do you want something traditional like Gideon or crazy awesome like Iolanthe (pronounced yo-lan-tha)? Well, actually that's a Norwegian girl's name but... eh, who will know?!

I would name my son Quinn just because that's what my mother had wanted to name me... Until the last minute change...

No one will laugh at his name because if they did he would smite them with all his might!
He will be born with a full beard and horned helmet and he will be birthed while Viking Metal plays!

Captcha: Princess ficsocu: can be a pretty name too?

allrighty. My wife and I are having a really hard time picking a boys name for our next child (if it's a girl, we have that squared away). So I turn to you, escapist forum. What are some good boy names?

PS. We have ruled out Sue and Skeletor ;(

I'd say...

John Marston (Insert Surname here)

It's what me and my girlfriend talked about should we get to that stage (I hope we do: We've had some problems lately but they should sort themselves out soon)

I would probably call a son Curzon and for a daughter Ezri. (Though the fact that I would name my children after hosts of the Dax symbiont probably means I won't have any... also I don't like kids much)

Noah!

It's been my favourite boy's name ever since I came across the Spoony Experiment. Oh, Noah <3

I'm very partial to the name Issac. I would love him to be Issac. Depends on what my hypothetical wife thinks :D

For a boy, my favourite name is probably Percy. But i don't like the -ee sound. My last name ends with the -ee sound too, and to me the -ee -ee thing doesn't ring well.

Although, i would much prefer a daughter (named Alice) because i really like it.

Paedophile. That way he'll learn at a young age that life's a *****. On second thoughts, probably just Alex.

I would say Lexington or Alexander or something like that depends entirely on how it fits with the rest of his name though and what kind of history you want associated with your son because all names have some sort of meaning or significance.
