Well, how about...
...a killer who kills his victims in the winter, and then buries their bodies in the snow? And when spring comes, the body is revealed when the snow melts? The Snowfall Killer?
...to be honest, I feel uncomfortable talking about this sort of thing. I'd be happier catching killers rather than thinking like one...unless that helps...nah,forget it.

I would be the Impolite Reminder.
After I kill someone I write on the walls with their blood. But I would write cryptic messages or sadistic things. I'd just leave helpful little reminders for the investigators like "Make sure to brush and floss everyday" and "Be sure to turn off your oven when you're done cooking".
But of course the way I killed the victim would correspond with the tip. For Example, the one where I remind about dental hygiene, I kill the victim by stabbing him/her with a shiv made from a tooth-brush, then strangle them with floss.

I would be "The Hand of God" Sniper...kill people i deem to be out of God's liking...or just go around killing KKK/Neo-Nazi guys.

the raven or the poet, i would kill the person with a knife slash to the throat, then use their own blood to write a famous poem on parchment paper, which i would leave under a dead raven next to their corpse, which would be hanging upside down, with all the excess blood not used to write with dripping into a large urn, the parchment of course made from human skin, though not from that particular victim, but from bodies stolen from crematoriums, i would possibly use a special knife or take videos of my self wearing a raven mask reading the poem next to the dead victim
edit: in addition to all of that i would have some of my favorite classical selections playing on a continuous loop until the investigators turned it off, it would be awesome

I'd kill mailmen slice their hears up into 24 slices put each one in a separate envelope and put them into random peoples' mailboxes and by random people I mean random policemen the rest of the body would be left on a random persons front lawn. I'd kill every odd monday and even friday. I'd kill with an extremely sharp kitchen knife by slicing the mailman's head off starting from the back side.
"Hillbilly killer" I would sneak into trailer parks and sneak into the trailer of the trashiest person there and kill the head of the household, and leave a picture of jiggle billy.

My theme is simple and one that betters society... I would go after the worst pop culture offenders.. People who write crappy vampire trash, networks that cancel great shows before they even get a chance, horrible teen pop sensations, film makers that ruin childhood memories by turning them into shitty movies,, etc. etc
"Reality Star Slayer." I would ice these reality stars who don't deserve the notoritey they've gotten from the public.
