If you loved her that much, you probably should have mentioned something sooner =S For now, you might just have to wait, be supportive of your friends and see how things pan out, being prepared to accept whatever happens. Who knows, you might meet someone else in that time! Mentioning anything at this stage is just going to be unfair to both her and your friend, as it would make their relationship with you and with each other difficult and awkward, and ultimately won't win you any brownie points on either side. I know, it's tough in these circumstances, but you have to take the high road. =) Good luck!
