In Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion what do you think your character was in prison for at the beginning?

Well, I'd always assumed that she'd been caught sneaking into the prison in the first place-seeing as I seemed to spend an unlikely proportion of my time doing just that afterwards. Maybe she just kept violating her bond when she kept attempting to steal back her confiscated goods?
My other (older) character (Breton mage) was thrown out of "Bretonia" (An independant nation in the sky) for being too awesome, and also exceeding the strict level cap. Thusly stripped of her powers and position, she was forced to begin anew, as an adult magicks merchant- selling various enchanted, uhm, *wares* to the ladies and gentlemen of the Imperial City.
Upon accidentally attempting to peddle her goods to members of the Cyrodil Conservative Party, she found herself locked up in a wave of controversy and CONSPIRACIES
This was all to explain her high mercantile stat, mind- her backstory actually gets quite convoluted when you start to dive into the rest of it.

When I first starting playing, my Orcish brawler had progressed through the ranks of bar-fighter, starting in a lonely tavern outside of Tamriel, and progressing to a fine inn within the Imperial City. Sadly however, it seems Imperial Legion soldiers taking drink in the local bar didn't enjoy brawling as much as my Orc did--or at least, didn't enjoy losing. Into jail I go.
My second character was a minotaur brawler/hunter/ranger/warrior/barbarian. He rescued an Imperial Ranger from certain death by out-wrestling an ogre and tending to the Imperial's wounds. He then brought the ranger to the Imperial City and was taken into custody for being a semi-intelligent minotaur.
My third character just wanted to have some armor signed by the legendary Patrick Stewart for a Star Trek convention and left Tamriel shortly after, never to be seen again.

Piracy, arson, indecent exposure, alcohol abuse, Skooma abuse, enough murders to nearly qualify as genocide, and nudging a small ceramic bowl.
I'm pretty sure I was placed in the prison because I shot an arrow straight up into the air and it landed on a guard a minute later. Then I got chased for an hour by said guard and demanded I either payed a fine of 50 coins (Hell no!) so spend 1 hour in jail. So he dragged me 8 days to said prison where the King almost immediately arrives.
Before that, I was a horse-renter who would make horses leap off cliffs and kill themselves while I jumped off at the last second as an adrenaline junky on Skooma. I also go back and rent another horse.

I was a spy for the great nation of the Vinci, a tecnologycly advanced nation that uses steampunk, clokwork and magic tecnologis! I was send to study thier defensis for the upcoming invasion in the name of our glorious Luder Gakomo!! Aforgonaly i was seen usin my rifle agenst some bandits and usen Vinci magic too sumon a glocwork drone to slater my enemys. After a bloty batle, for the gaurds not me, i was finaly arestit and i was stript of my weapons. Along with my wepons i also lost my com. devise so i cant report back, thats way the invasion was never comenst, but some day...HAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!
