My comic entry is four pages of LOLCATS, with a LOLCAT logo. I wanted to go with something current, and decided to ride the wave of this new LOLCAT meme... I also signed each comic page with a link to some Rick Astley video. "Never going to give you flowers" or something. I hope it catches on...

to be honest, im not worried about all the fantastic artists there are who have ebtered this, even though my characters are made of circles drawn on paint, because if you want beautiful artwork you read manga, web comics are supposed to be simple and funny

Seriously, the 'Pist gets millions of pageviews a day. The ones added by maybe a dozen people (the ones who actually check back constantly) aren't even worth mentioning, even if they hit F5 once a second. They'd get a few pennies more from their advertisements. Nothing to write home about.

It obviously doesn't matter if someone accidentally gets a mistaken "he" or "she" thrown their way every now and then if "72% of girls on websites like this pick male as their gender", allegedly.

I don't see why people should be getting their piss all steamed over something that insignificant, anyway.

Oh I didn't say it bothered them. Its just a minor peeve of mine. I like being accurate when I speak and like knowing how to best address someone.

Though there are people that wish to be refered to as the proper gender. I dont know why any woman would mark themselves as male, when they can just not mark anything. Plenty of people do that for varying reasons. I haven't marked mine because I'm lazy. Heck I just posted my avatar last night

Okay, so I'm just going to point out that Manga it's self is A type of art. And even though I'm not a fan of the huge eyes that bare into my soul, I'm pretty sure most of it isn't about tinticle things raping teens. I think if your gonna attack a ganra you should make sure you isolate it more... Like Henti (I think thats how it's spelled). If you said Henti that'd be correct.

It's worse than that. We're in one of those Twilight Zone episodes, where time has stopped everywhere except for this forum, and we only think time is flowing for us. Weeks, years may pass in subjective time before we'll ever know.
