Ok people, almost everyone knows what an Intelligence Quotient (IQ) is. It's basically the measure of how smart you are. I would like to know if anyone knows where to find a reliable IQ test that will give a result that I can say is genuine and accurate

If anyone out there knows where to find it and has done the test, please say so. Also, If you feel like saying, what is your IQ?

The only thing IQ tests are good for is proving how good you are at IQ tests. Nothing more.

It's actually nothing of the sort - I've said this many times in these types of threads and don't really want to go through it again so I won't go into details unless you want them.

To put it bluntly IQ tests measure how good you are at IQ tests - they do not measure your intelligence at all (plus asking people for their IQ on the internet is moronic as most people will lie because they think it makes them seem smart).

IQ, much like BMI, is almost irrelavent with most people. It doesnt take into account basic things like common sense.

That and we have a terrible definition of intelligence as it is so what makes people think they can measure it.
