Another one of these "MY FOOD IS BETTER THAN YOUR FOOD" threads. And brits no doubt, go figure *rolls eyes* They have the silliest idea of good food...
Says the man from the country that invented the Double Down ;)
Hey, we might die young and fat, but eating a meat sandwich made by the Colonel is worth every clogged artery.
As long as I can dip it in KFC gravy then I agree ;)

I have but *1* single can of Irn Bru left in my fridge, which is super sad. It's far too difficult to get here in the states.
You must spread the message, my American Scottish-American friend.

You must make your kin see the light so that they too can imbibe of the one Tru Bru.
fix'd that for you
My dad and I usually stock up on it whenever we head back to the "old country" (props for anyone getting that reference), but it's getting harder to travel (and more expensive to) every year.

In other bad news: local Kroger's stopped carrying *true* Heinz baked beans. NOOOOO!

delicious beans... must have...

New topic: Irn Bru with Brown Sauce.

Discuss.
Why would you even think that?!
Well, if the Irish take brown sauce in their coffee...

(Intermission ftw)

Since when has Irn Bru ever been orange flavoured? The Bru does not imitate fruit. If anything, oranges wish they could taste like Irn Bru.

Now, ice cold Bru and Ballantine's in about a 50/50 split, there's a drink I'd be willing to fight for. Tastes like what would happen if freakin' Hephaestos bled caramel and it gets you drunk AND perks you up at the same time!

God Irn Brew is the most awful drink in the world.

Hate that stuff. DISPOSE OF IT ALL!!
You too.

Get out.

I don't want to see you on my internets.

You need to get out until you make another fantastic British food thread.
Is that all I am to you?

A deliverer of British food based threads?

...

[sub]I feel used...[/sub]
Less talking about shitty drinks, more talking about delicious food!

Ahh Irn Bru!
Its been a while a little over a month since I tasted that indescribably tasty taste.
Irn Bru is definatly something different very difficult to describe.
You have to appreciate all the features of this beverage to begin to understand it.
The colour is of course its greatest asset but also its downfall people simply cant handle it.
Then there is the smell sweet and tangy teasing the nostril heightning the senses.
Finally there is the taste tht glorious taste that refuses to be described in the crude words of the english language.
It is bliss simply bliss.

Google Irn Bru... Oh it's a crappy off-brand orange-flavored soda.

We have that in America as well

Except it isn't orange flavoured.

Not everything tastes like it's colour you know.

You do know that 'derp' means a form of stupidity right?

My posts may be nonsense, but they're hardly stupid.

I have 7 cans of the stuff in my fridge right now. It is a fine beverage. Also with regards to all the rivals that have been presented in this thread come on guys, it's all delicious and it's all going to give us Diabetes. Sugary carbonated drinks are awesome.

I don't get it. Someone makes thread about their memories of video game stories--every post is someone asking why they made the thread and where the discussion value is. Someone posts how much they like Irn Bru--no one has a problem.

This website is friggin weird.

Hmm.. I'll have to try it some time then if I come across it.

From my little corner of the world I would recommend L&P. You'll only find it in a store that sells stuff imported from New Zealand but it's a glorious beverage, well worth a try ^_^

(also Daystar I'm totally keeping an eye out for your threads from now on XD I've seen you around here too many times to count but never saw any of your threads)
