As dicky as it Team Deathmacth is, I decided to spend two afternoons on it.

50 games later:
*I had gone up 30 levels
*MVP 1,2 or 3 40+ times
*my FAMAS had claimed 650 lives
*gained about 8 stars across weapons and tour of duty on my assualt class
*and countless amounts of ribbons and a few medals too

So despite the bad elements of team deathmatch, if you go into it positively and with a good set up and knowledge of the map, you can come out of the game very rich.

I think if the maps were the same size like in Squad Deathmatch and had a few vechiles, as well as actual squad spawning, it would actually be a regular mode I'd return for.

Well TDM doesn't have the spectacular sight of the enemy team's chopper clipping a telegraph pole and going face first into the ground... Or tanks.

And no jet strafing runs makes me a sad panda.

Basically vehicular shenanigans makes Battlefield, well, Battlefield.

Wait, there is a Team Deahmatch mode? I thought there was only Rush and Conquest!
same here. I think I ended up in squad deathmatch once by mistake, but it certainly didn't have the same appeal as the rush and conquest modes.

I cannot stand it, I prefer to play the objective gametypes, such as Conquest and Rush. These two gametypes give me the satisfaction of destroying the enemy and that of rumbling down the street in my tank.

As bad as Team Deathmatch is, Squad Deathmatch was even worse. I had to win five rounds of SDM to unlock my beloved L85A2.
