Didn't know anyone else still played MOO2. Awesome game still today.tanis1lionheart said:I do this all the time, thank you digital game play.
Last 'old game' I played was Masters of Orion 2.
Great game.
They are great games, aren't they? I'm lucky enough to own many Castlevania soundtracks including SCIV. I always liked playing SCIV when everyone else was asleep and I turned off all the lights in the basement and just watched the opening scene.Crapster said:I've actually been on a severe Castlevania binge recently. I'm playing Symphony of the Night (just made it to the inverted Castle) and Super Castlevania IV (just got past the clock tower.) Castlevania is a fantastic series of games. I'm surprised that It took me so long to get to them! I gotta say, I do have a lot of remixes from SCIV and SOTN on my iPod now... I hear the little reprise of Simon's Theme when you beat a level in my head whenever I do anything triumphant. What a great game.
....damn, that makes me want to play the Soul Reaver series all over again. I'm so angry they just ended the story RIGHT THERE and yet, it's fitting too.Snownine said:First of all, I too am excited to play the new Golden Sun! I have been waiting years for a new one. Just a few days ago I finished replaying Legacy of Kain: Defiance.

With the non linear way the series is with the time travel it could work for an ending but I want to see how things work out with the major developments that happen at the very end.BelmontClan said:....damn, that makes me want to play the Soul Reaver series all over again. True, true. Although since that game Tony Jay has died and no one else will give the tentacle horror (It's been a while so I forget what it's called) as great a voice.Snownine said:With the non linear way the series is with the time travel it could work for an ending but I want to see how things work out with the major developments that happen at the very end.
My friend, roughly 90% of my gaming is "old games" and about 90% OF the 90% is "replaying" either completed and restarted, or paused and resumed.Silvertongue said:In anticipation of the new Golden Sun game coming out for the DS, I've started replaying the second GBA game, as well as starting to replay Fire Emblem: the Sacred Stones just for the heck of it.
What I want to know is, has anyone else given in to the hankering to dust off an old copy of anything, and if so, what?
Yeah, they would totally have to make up some plot thing to explain the difference in voice, since no one is going to be able to replicate that. It was so distinctive.BelmontClan said:True, true.
