In the modern age where we can appropriately separate identity from physical form, why should any manner of screwing with the dead be considered wrong? Excluding the survival part, I would never dream of it. There are just more cons than pros, and I find it horribly disgusting. What insane person would devour the corpse of a dead person? Do they have any respect for the dead? Your eating something...no,someone who had a voice. Someone who had feelings, friends, family, pets. He had a life! As a matter of fact, before Adam & Eve screwed up & decided they wanted to live their own lives & not look to Him for guidance, we were intended to be herbivores!
Then when we got tossed out, we were allowed to eat of the burnt offering, & somewhere in there we were allowed to kill animals for food purpose, not game, but NEVER a human.
Not in cold blood, defense or anything, we are to never spill the blood of another, let alone eat them. Why would you?
I mean, we have a billion other options out there to chew on& you would choose some dead person?

Nonetheless, cannibalism is morally wrong & just plain gross if nothing else.
