Is it ok to find a fictional character sexy/attractive?

It is perfectly natural. Apart from the obvious "looks" and shallow appeal, you are well able to relate or sympathize for the character (regarding story and scripted personality). Eventually, with the sympathy and understanding of the characters personality, you can easily become attached or attracted to the fictional character. Even though the character is fictional, YOUR feelings are not.
The last time i checked, it was perfectly healthy to have feelings

Art can be visually (or mentally/intellectually) appealing. Nothing wrong with that.

I agree with above sentiments that it can go to far, though. Then again, so can attraction to real people.

No not at all, after all beauty is in thee eye of thee beholder. And as long as you don't go overboard and don't find humans attractive...God that was an odd stage.

Well most in most games today the character are designed to be sexy, same in anime. Theres nothing wrong with thinking a character who is ment to look either attractive or sexy well... looks attractive or sexy! Thats like saying its weird to like ice cream, cause its designed to taste nice!

When Botticelli painted The Birth of Venus in 1486, people thought it was beautiful. No one would argue a viewer's feelings about such classical art. In fact so many thought so, it has been copied for centuries, but when modern artists draw/paint/render modern figures of beauty and the viewer thinks it's sexy... that is wrong? Why?

Part of any writer's job is to evoke an emotional response. If you didn't feel anything, be it pity, anger, hatred, love, even sexual attraction, they failed at their job. It is part of that whole imagination and immersion thing that fiction writing of any kind is supposed to evoke.
While this is true, sex appeal is pretty easy to evoke and is therefore frequently used by inferior writers.

...Such as in this webcomic: http://leasticoulddo.com/comic/20051213
Thus I find myself reading a new webcomic...

Well, it depends, because there are different levels of attraction to the character in question:
1:Complete lack of/very little attraction
2:Some attraction
3:Normal attraction
4:A little too much/borderline obsession
5:Complete obsession (this level is mostly seen in (EDIT:Bad) fanfic writers and Twilight fans)

they are MADE to give you a boner.

to not find them sexually attractive would be close to non-libidoism.

If someone finds a character attractive or sexy then it's a success... for the artist who spend days and weeks designing that character to be attractive. So no, there's nothing wrong so long as you don't try to marry a fictional character.

No, you are insane. GTFO!

Of course, I am kidding. As long as you don't go obessive about it, and treat it like a casual, not-to-be-mistaken-as-realistic "crush".. go wild.

Um, if it's ok to find a painting or sculpture attractive (which it is, obviously), then of course it's ok to find a video game/novel/movie character attractive. It's all art, after all.

That's right, Ebert, you heard me.
