If i could i would become Asexual ( which ,unfortunatly ,is impossible since Asexuality is not a choice .... I think ).
Don't ever let anyone tell you their sexual preference "isn't a choice". I, myself, am an asexual, formerly heterosexual. I may be heterosexual again, one day, it depends on what happens in my life. But at the moment, I am neither attracted to men nor women, thus I will be indefinitely asexual. It's still a CHOICE - it's ALWAYS a choice - but it's based very heavily in what feels the most right and the most comfortable for me, thus making it seem like it's the "natural" path for myself; like I was born to be this way or something equally silly. This is probably what confuses a lot of people when they change their sexual preferences: they feel like they "can't go back" because they would lose face, and that their preference somehow "defines" them and makes up their personality. That they were "supposed" to be gay/straight/lesbian/bi/pan/etc.
I would recommend you take a stroll through the forums on AVEN to learn more about asexuality, so you might consider the possibility that you are indeed an asexual, but you say you often think about engaging in coitus with members of the opposite sex, ergo I believe you are still straight.
But enough of my seemingly irrelevant tangent, back to the OP!
As far as I know, there is no way to really reduce your libido. You can prevent sex from creeping into your thoughts a lot easier by masturbating on a regular basis, however ("regular" is defined by YOUR body, no one else's, so you will have to find that out for yourself. If your body came with a manual, I recommend reading it). As an asexual, I still have a libido (and it's annoying as HELL!), though my genitals know they will never be able to rub against another, so they're never too riled up. All I can do is release the accumulation and live normally for about a week, then start the process over again.
Remember that, just like oysters and other foods with similar mythical properties don't INCREASE your libido, there isn't some magic food or concoction that will decrease it.
