I have problems because some jackass hacked my account. Now I'm waiting for a call back or email from Xbox Customer Servies. They say I'll be down 25 days. That's bull and I know it. Why can't I just get my points back? Why can't I am I losing days on my Gold membership? Why does the Customer Service to Xbox suck so bad?

I thought someone tripped over a wire and unplugged it, but then I realized you can't trip on wifi. Any idea whats going on? Did the Beta do this? lol.
I logged off to change my NAT when i came back on i was unable to sign in to Xbox live.
Now does anyone know how long something like this takes to fix? if it's only a little while i'll file some things, otherwise i might as well do some work.
was watching a street fighter 4 stream a few hours ago. This e.honda was on a 36 win streak and you get prizes after 40 wins (something stupid like a $5 amazon voucher, but it gets better with more wins). At 36 wins the stream host disconnects from xbox live, everyone on the chat went crazy, they were looking forward to seeing if he would lose before getting 40 wins.
Eh, it appears fine for me. Just played some Gears 3, and am browsing the marketplace right now....maybe it was only out for a little bit? Or maybe it wasn't out here in the US? Regardless, all appears to be fine on my end.
