It's a redundant statement... because "fun" is doing something that you like.
Like the "debate" that arose out of women being allowed to be topless in New York. Just to derail the thread completely.
But "fun" is entirely subjective. When someone says "I like to have fun" it's assumed they enjoy doing things that they enjoy. Disliking someone else having fun doesn't mean "I like to have fun" is incorrect, because they didn't say "I like everyone to have fun".
Some people on this website just do not find your kind of fun to be fun, it is not their kind of fun.
"I enjoy having fun" is the same as saying "I like what I like".
