All the boss kills are pretty epic, but, yeah, this is the best one liner. Especially given that it's Worf telling the PC to go to hell.

Not so much a one liner somebody says before they kill someone, but before they die. In the second episode of firefly "the train job" at the very end when Mal has Niska's sidekick/bodyguard tied up in front of him and the bodyguard says something to the effect of "you can let me go, but wherever you go I will hunt you down, and the last thing you see will be my blade!" And then Mal just kicks him into serenity's engine. It was the best.

In the same vein, in the climax of "Serenity" when the Operative asks Mal if he knows what his sin is, and Mal says "I'm a fan of all seven. *punch* But right now, I'm gonna have to go with rage."

He then proceeds to kick some Alliance ass.

I believe it is wrath actually.
