The sad thing is that in a way he did win. He just proved that if enough random people complain about it video games will eventually comply. I don't know of any other artistic medium that has to grovel like this in front of the public, except for maybe TV. But even they can still get away with far more. I know that this is merely a cosmetic change (most likely) and won't have any impact on the story or message the game is trying to convey (because I doubt it's trying to make any at all). But it feels like video games will never grow as art if game developers are willing to bow down to any criticism, no matter how idiotic.
