As much as I like a good ranting about how much this guy sucks, we all need to just shut the hell up. Thompson is a piece of shit (ex)lawyer with a chip on his should for gamers, sure, but riling people up is what he excells at. He's the Glenn Beck of video-game morality debates. It doesn't matter if he gets up in front of a group and everyone starts throwing tomatos and hand grenades at him - it's attention. And anymore, bad attention earns you more cameratime than good attention. The guy is just trying to pry his way back onto the stage, like a rejected Broadway singer who just won't leave the director alone.

As I said, I like taking a sledgehammer to him as much as the next fellow/fellow-ette(?) but it's time we nailed his coffin shut and just ignored him to death.
