Jacko proves once again that adults don't know anything about video games. He honestly thinks that developers are responsible for all 3'rd party mods? Jesus H. Christ, I don't think he's that stupid. I don't think there's any way that anyone could think something that ridiculous. He's just trying to force Valve's hand or something.
I really hope Valve respond by creating a mod where all enemies are replaced with Jack Thompson. I mean...I really, REALLY hope they do that.
It is in no way, Valve's responsibility. Stop saying random shit to get attention Jack, nobody likes you.
It'd be easier and less embarrasing for the tw- I mean Jack to actually look into how servers work. takes a whole 5 minutes to understand that Gabe doesn't control who makes mods, he just makes games that happen to have the resources for them which people use.

This is an aside, but I hate that games are judged by their mods. It's like saying all coloring books should be considered pornography because I can draw a green cawk-and-balls on the inside cover.
