That lady is a straight-up *****.

This is really rediculus, there was a big deal around were I live where an old man would wait until little kids came home frome school and dance naked in his window. the city said they could do nothing about it as he was in his own home.

I love the fact that the lady and her seven year old kid were cutting through his yard at 5:30 in the morning what kind of parent get thier seven year old kid up that early, even schools dont start that early.

Please note that the woman who reported it was in fact the wife a police officer for that county. They can be pretty corrupt.

So, apparently there was a man arrested for being naked in his own house because a woman and her child cutting through his yard could see him through a window. So, she calls the cops to arrest him. The argument against him is he knew that there were people out in his yard who could see him through the window. Charges are being pressed and he could face 1 year in jail and $2000 fine full story <a href=http://www.myfoxdc.com/dpp/news/local/101909_man_caught_making_coffee_naked_faces_charges>here.

I really don't know why people can't just mind their own business. I really don't know what all this taboo is against the human form. I think the worst part about this is if the genders were switched then the guy looking in at the naked female would have gotten arrested for being a peeping tom. Thankfully the police need to prove that he knew people could see him from a certain part of the yard that they shouldn't be at. Thoughts?

That's what I was thinking. Who's out walking with a seven year old kid at 5:30AM? Clearly a paedophile.

Clearly a wife of a police officer for that county. The wives can often be more corrupt than the cops themselves (not saying cops are corrupt, not saying their wives are either. I am saying that the wives can abuse their pull with the police department is all).

This is total crap! Most of the blinds in my house are open a lot and its not uncommon for me to walk around total starkers. None of the neighbours have made a complaint of any kind. But some of my neighbours are old and creepy......hmm.

Still, just cause of who she sleeps with doesnt mean she can complain about everything she sees.

Honestly, this is a poor showing by the Springfield VA. rozzers. Surely he should get off scot-free, and the woman be fined/sued for tresspasing? I wouldn't be surprised if the court just drops this for being stupid and bizzare.

On a lighter note, at least he wasn't frying bacon while naked, cuz that would hurt...

If they had to be on his property to see him, then there's no fault. If they had not been trespassing, then there wouldn't have been a problem. The only way should be able to get in trouble here is if they can prove that they could have seen him naked plainly from a public place, or at least a private place that isn't his.
