Ok, heres my view

Lego = Bad people

They are reselling a game exactly the same, except with different characters.

People are going to pay 60$ dollars.... so their Rockstar can be made of blocks?

Well, the Old Navy here in my hometown are giving away the game if you spend 20 bucks on thanksgiving day.

I suspect it's worth a 20 spot, so I'll go buy a couple shirts or something.

You lost me on that sentence. When was Rock Band/Guitar Hero a "hardcore" game?
Uggh..just saying that word gives me a headache.

The Lego games are designed to be fun games for children and ironic games for adults.
They excel at both. There is no reason to hate them in the slightest.

Also, Lego Rock Band has the single best track list of any Rock Band game so far, and you can transfer the songs from Lego Rock Band to Rock Band 1 or 2 if you wish.

this.
Lego Starwars is fun, but who the fuck can honestly watch Indiana Jones though?
at least lego rockband looks more realistic then regular rockband, and thats impressive when you figure they only needed what? 10% of the polygons

I'd like to see you do Visions on expert your first go.
I'd rather play a real instrument. That's hardcore.

Same for me, and Ill take it a step further by forming a real band, which I have already done

Thats great, so why did you bother coming into this thread?
Because I was going to say that the Lego series are fun. But I did a double take on that particular sentence. And what's your reason?

Pink part of the best track list of any Rock Band game? No. Just no.
Painkiller>>>>>>So What.
Wow, one song in the game is considered bad by one metal-head.
You sure proved me wrong...

Boys Like Girls, Korn, The All American Rejects, Good Charlotte and Blink-182 are all shit.
Compared to Foo Fighters, Metallica, Judas Priest, Blue Oyster Cult, Faith No More, Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Coheed and Cambria, Bang Camaro, Pearl Jam, Rise Against, Bon Jovi, AC/DC...need I go on?
Yes, to prove your point you would very much have to go on.
You've found 6 "bad" bands in Lego Rock Band and 13 "good" bands in both Rock Band 1 and 2 combined. If there are only 6 bad bands in Lego Rock Band, and there are only 13 good bands in 1 and 2 combined, then you have just proven the superiority of Lego Rock Band.

And that's before you even question whether or not they picked good songs by these supposedly good bands.

So yes, please go on until you have clearly shown that either 1 or 2 has more good songs, and less bad ones, then Lego Rock Band.

look this isnt really all that bad its apperent that they needed a music game into the slew of lego games so they most likely put them all in a hat and picked one. It will really push it if they make a lego Manhunt or MW

Seriously, is there anything they can remake in lego format that won't sell?

13 bands out of many.
Yes, there are many many songs in Rock Band 1 and 2 combined, yet you've only been able to name 13 good ones.
Hardly a recommendation...

Lego Rockband has a handful of good songs, the rest are shit. Rock Band 1 and 2 have many good songs and even more with DLC.
Quite a few of the DLC songs for Rock Band work in Lego Rock Band.

As I said. 13 off the top of my head not 13 all together.

No you didn't.
I'm not quite sure how I'm meant to learn to read things you haven't actually typed, but whatever...

Not that it matters. You asked if you needed to go on, I pointed out that you did, yet you seem unable to...
