A man is going to have a child with his grandmother, now, be it above me to question love, but surely every fiber of a person's being (at least on a genetic level) should be against this sort of thing happening.

Would do you guys think? I think we can agree that it's wrong, but a surrogate mother is being used, so it's not technically inbreeding.
Edit: Read the bold, this is not really incest, but the discussion is this. Is loving a family member is such a way, regardless of babies, surrogate or otherwise, considered wrong?
