Vertigo Inducement - Can give the target vertigo. Cause confusion, and disorientation. Can make the target nauseous. Can possibly make the target unconscious. Possibly can disrupt the guidance of missiles, torpedoes or bullets. My be able to cause targets to hallucinate.
