That was one of the funniest things in ages, guys... although I am by turns creeped the hell out by all the pony pictures of you guys...
Nothing against the show, though. I've watched a small bit and have to hand it to them- it's actually a really well made show. Hell, I liked the episode I watched anyway.

Laughed my ass off for the whole thing, especially Kathleen's 'Eh... Porn! Dirty filthy porn!!'

'Jesus Christ, guys!! Again?!?' saw me fall out of the chair.

As for the episode, good as usual. I've only seen a few LRR episodes, but this has at least convinced me to watch some more. So for that, good job. ^_^

My current thought:

Really? My first and current thought was why they didn't do this when it was more topical. Y'know, when the 2nd season started, and the pony threads went out of control.

Yeah, this did sort of feel like low-effort bandwagon jumping. It really didn't say anything besides "This show that everyone already knows about exists." Leave the pony humor to the experts. (See: the aforementioned "Friendship Is Witchcraft").
